Days Together: Love Tracker is a relationship companion app that helps couples:
- Track relationship milestones and special moments
- Generate personalized AI-powered content (love notes, date ideas, gift suggestions, etc.)
- Create and store memories with photos
- Receive reminders for important dates
3. Subscription Terms
Premium Subscription:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
Subscription Options:
- Monthly Premium: Billed monthly
- Yearly Premium: Billed annually (best value)
- Lifetime Premium: One-time purchase for permanent access
4. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged the subscription fee. Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple and may be limited to one trial per Apple ID.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create within the App, including:
- Photos and images you upload
- Moments and memories you record
- Personal relationship details you provide
This content is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.
6. AI-Generated Content
The App uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized content such as love notes, poems, date ideas, and gift suggestions. This content is:
- Generated based on information you provide about your relationship
- For personal use and entertainment purposes
- Not intended as professional relationship advice
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
- Use the App for any commercial purpose without authorization
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate for your specific situation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
